In addition to the main events, other fights scheduled for UFC Charlotte include Tim Means and Alex Morono looking to bounce back from recent losses, Ihor Potieria, who defeated MMA legend Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua at UFC 283, taking on Carlos Ulberg, and Jessica Rose-Clark returning after a year’s absence to face Tainara Lisboa. Umar Nurmagomedov, a surging bantamweight contender, has revealed that he was offered a bout against top-ranked competitor Merab Dvalishvili at UFC Charlotte. However, Dvalishvili sustained an injury and cannot participate in the fight. It is speculated that the injury may have occurred during his recent match against former champion Petr Yan. Nurmagomedov expressed his desire to share the cage with Dvalishvili in June or July and wished him a speedy recovery.
