Chris Evert recently visited her close friend Maeve Quinlan, a former tennis player and American actress. The two enjoyed a friendly game of tennis together. Evert is one of the greatest players of all time, having won 18 Grand Slam singles titles and holding the World No. 1 ranking for 260 weeks. She formed a close friendship with Quinlan, who competed at the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open and earned tennis scholarships to Northwestern University and USC. However, Quinlan’s career was cut short due to injury, and she transitioned to acting, playing Megan Conley on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ for over a decade.
Evert and Quinlan recently reunited and shared a glimpse of their time together on social media. They have frequently showcased their close bond on social media. In 2022, when Evert was undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer, Quinlan visited her and extended her support. Evert expressed her gratitude for Quinlan’s unwavering support and friendship during the challenging time.
Unfortunately, Evert’s cancer returned in December 2023, and she has since been undergoing chemotherapy treatments. Evert also paid tribute to Maeve Quinlan’s mother, Mary, on her death, and extended her heartfelt condolences to her close friend.
