Miami Open 2024 Prize Money: Danielle Collins & Elena Rybakina’s Earnings Breakdown

The Miami Open women’s singles event concluded with Danielle Collins claiming the biggest title of her career so far by defeating Elena Rybakina 7-5, 6-3 in the final. The total prize pool for the women’s tournament was $8,770,480. Collins won her first-ever WTA 1000 title without dropping a set throughout the event. She will earn $1,100,000 for her win, while Rybakina will take home $585,000.

Victoria Azarenka and Ekaterina Alexandrova, both eliminated in the semifinals, will each receive $325,000. The four quarterfinalists will each earn $185,000. Iga Swiatek and Coco Gauff, both defeated in the fourth round, will be among the eight players who will get $101,000 in prize money. Players who lost in the third, second, and first rounds will receive $59,100, $34,500, and $23,250, respectively. Competitors who didn’t qualify for the main draw will also get prize money.

Sofia Kenin and former doubles World No. 1 Bethanie Mattek-Sands will compete in the women’s doubles final in Miami against the second-seeded team of Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routcliffe. Both duos reached the final after coming back from a set down in their respective semifinal matches. The winning team will receive $447,300 in prize money, while the runners-up will get $236,800. The semifinalists and quarterfinalists will earn $127,170 and $63,600, respectively, while those out in the second and first rounds will receive $34,100 and $18,640.
