Novak Djokovic, one of the greatest tennis players of all time, has had a remarkable career, winning 22 Grand Slam singles titles and numerous other honors. Currently ranked as the World No. 1, Djokovic also takes an interest in real estate, investing heavily in properties across multiple locations, including Monte Carlo, Miami, and his native Serbia.
New York Condos
In 2017, Djokovic purchased two condos in New York’s Soho neighborhood for a reported $10.6 million. The condos are part of the 565 Broome residential building designed by renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano. Completed in 2019, the two-bedroom condos each span 2,000 square feet.
Marbella Mansion
After residing in Monte Carlo for 15 years, Djokovic moved to a luxurious mansion in Marbella, Spain, which he acquired for an estimated £8.5 million ($10.5 million). The house is located in an upscale neighborhood and features nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a game room, a swimming pool, a cinema room, a gym, a tennis court, and a sauna. The property also offers stunning views of the mountains and sea, which Djokovic has shared with fans on social media.
Miami Mansion
Djokovic also owned a mansion in Miami’s Eighty Seven Park condominium complex, developed by Renzo Piano. Boasting serene views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Parkland, the luxurious unit features a futuristic design with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, an infinity pool, valet-on-service, spa, gym, library, and botanical bar. While Djokovic purchased the condominium for $5.77 million, he sold it for around $5.6 million in 2021.
