WWE is a program designed for the whole family, but occasionally, the violence can be difficult to watch, especially if someone you know is involved. WWE Superstar Dijak recently warned his wife to take their children away before his match against Ilja Dragunov at NXT Battleground.
Dijak and Dragunov’s Feud
The feud between Dijak and Dragunov has been going on for quite some time. Their rivalry began in April, with Dijak attacking Dragunov backstage at the Spring Breakin’ event. After multiple weeks of back and forth, the two were finally set to face each other in a Last Man Standing match at NXT Battleground, intended to put an end to their feud once and for all.
Warning His Family
As Dijak was heading to the ring for the match, he stopped to talk to his family at ringside. His wife was accompanied by their two children, and Dijak said, “Get them out of here! They don’t need to see this.” The fans, as well as the commentary team, caught the moment.
Intense and Violent Match
The match between the two WWE stars ended up being intense and violent. Lasting for approximately 15 minutes, it might have been better for Dijak’s children not to be present. Ultimately, Dragunov emerged as the winner over Dijak.
